We do when we have samples of the paints to include.  If you take a look at the screenshot below, you can see the Gamesworkshop search screen containing a few of their discontinued paints.  However as opposed to having them mixed in with other paints, I have chosen to separate them by using the part number OOP in order to mark them as being discontinued.

Since we sort the paints by their finish and then by their part number, you will find the discontinued paints at the end of each paint group in a manufacturers search screen.
